Tasting Notes: A Rich and Layered Bourbon Experience
This elegant 12-year-old Kentucky bourbon, finished in Amontillado sherry casks, offers a complex and luxurious profile:
- Nose: Dried apricots, golden raisins, rum-soaked plum, toasted almonds, bold oak spice
- Palate: Rum raisin bread, caramelized brown sugar, soft sherry richness
- Mid-Palate: Sweet nuttiness reminiscent of peanut brittle and sherry cream
- Finish: Long and warming with lingering sherry sweetness, toasted nuts, spiced vanilla, and tobacco
