(July 24, 2024) – Award-winning 15 STARS introduces its latest limited releases: Three Kings Fine-Aged Whiskey, a unique blend of wheat, rye, and bourbon whiskeys aged 11 and 15 years, and an updated version of their debut expression, the 13 Year Old Timeless Reserve Fine-Aged Bourbon, now a blend of 13 and 15-year-old bourbons. Both are available today at select retailers nationwide and online at 15STARS.com.
Innovative Three Kings Fine-Aged Whiskey
Co-founder Ricky Johnson shares, “We believe with the release of Three Kings that this is the first time someone has ever crafted a blend like this—balancing these three whiskeys, wheat, rye, and bourbon together.”
Bottled at 107 Proof, Three Kings offers a beautifully balanced expression with notes of baking spice, ripe fruit, and a hint of ground pepper. The palate reveals a dessert sweetness of persimmon pudding and candied fruit, with added depth from vanilla, nutmeg, toasted oak, and a finish of dark fruit, honey, cocoa bean, and seasoned oak. Retail price: $179.
Refreshed 13 Year Old Timeless Reserve Fine-Aged Bourbon
The updated 13 Year Old Timeless Reserve Fine-Aged Bourbon, bottled at 103 Proof, is crafted from a blend of 13 and 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys. The nose features caramel, vanilla bean, cherry, and an herbal depth from roasted peanuts, dried tobacco leaves, sassafras, and old wood. The palate is creamy with vanilla extract, molasses, and fruity notes of orange, apple, and dried banana, supported by an earthy backbone of oak and leather. The finish offers caramel, leather, dark chocolate, and seasoned oak. Retail price: $279.
