Lofted Spirits has been established as the new parent company for Bardstown Bourbon Company, Green River Distilling Co., and Lofted Custom Spirits. This strategic move aims to consolidate the company’s leadership in Kentucky bourbon production and custom whiskey distillation under one unified brand. Lofted Spirits now serves as the umbrella for these three award-winning whiskey producers, solidifying its position in the industry.

Bardstown Bourbon Company and Green River Distilling Co. have long been known for their award-winning whiskies and custom distillation services. With Lofted Spirits as the parent company, these businesses are now aligned under a singular brand identity, enhancing their ability to deliver premium products and services. Lofted Custom Spirits, previously known as the company’s contract distillation business, will continue to offer end-to-end production for global whiskey brands.
Lofted Spirits is owned by Pritzker Private Capital, which acquired Bardstown Bourbon in March 2022 and Green River Distilling Co. in August 2022. The establishment of Lofted Spirits marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, as the company looks to expand its investment and influence in the whiskey industry.
