Elijah Craig is bringing back Old Fashioned Week for its seventh annual celebration.
The 2026 edition introduces a new Old Fashioned Tavern Trail to connect bourbon fans with 70 participating destinations across the United States. The 10-day celebration runs October 9 through October 18 and focuses on the classic cocktail, the hospitality professionals behind it, and the role taverns play in bringing people together.
Elijah Craig’s Tavern Trail Features 70 Destinations
The new Old Fashioned Tavern Trail includes a collection of Old Fashioned Week participants ranging from historic, colonial-era taverns to modern gathering places. The trail is being introduced as an extension of Old Fashioned Week and coincides with America’s 250th anniversary.
Participating destinations can be found through the “Find a Bar” tool at OldFashionedWeek.com. Elijah Craig says the Tavern Trail is intended to highlight places where people can gather over conversation and cocktails while celebrating the enduring Old Fashioned.

“As consumers continue to prioritize analog experiences and moments of togetherness, Old Fashioned Week and the debut of the Tavern Trail, pay homage to the return of tavern culture, and the role they play in bringing communities together,” said Max Stefka, Associate Vice President, Elijah Craig Bourbon.
Old Fashioned Week Supports Hospitality Workers
Elijah Craig established Old Fashioned Week in 2020 as a way to support hospitality workers in need. During the 10-day celebration, participating establishments donate $1 from every Old Fashioned sold to the Southern Smoke Foundation, which provides emergency relief and no-cost mental health services to hospitality workers.
According to Elijah Craig, the brand has pledged more than $600,000 to Southern Smoke and other hospitality organizations through its efforts in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
“Elijah Craig’s Old Fashioned Week is a tribute to the iconic cocktail that has brought people together over generations and to the hospitality community that makes these moments possible,” said Stefka.
Elijah Craig Small Batch Featured in Old Fashioned Week
Elijah Craig also points to Elijah Craig Small Batch as a natural fit for the classic cocktail. The bourbon is described as having a smooth and warm profile with spice-forward accents and a long, sweet, slightly toasty finish.
The Old Fashioned Tavern Trail is part of the seventh annual Old Fashioned Week, which runs October 9–18, 2026. Bourbon fans can use the “Find a Bar” tool at OldFashionedWeek.com to discover participating bars and destinations included in the 70-stop trail.
