30 Distilleries, 30 Baseball Markets, One Historic Blend
Field of Dreams Whiskey has announced its most ambitious release to date: Field of Dreams All-Star Whiskey, a blend that unites contributions from 30 distilleries representing every Major League Baseball market. The new release marks the largest whiskey blend ever made and celebrates the regional diversity of American whiskey.
All-Star Whiskey combines five whiskey styles—bourbon, rye, American single malt, wheat whiskey, and Canadian whisky. The blend was directed by Murphy Quint, the master blender from Cedar Ridge Distillery.
Inside the Blend
The aggregate mash bill consists of 65% corn, 15% rye, 12% malted barley, and 8% wheat, showcasing Field of Dreams’ signature focus on corn. The average age of the whiskeys is around seven years, with components ranging from one-year-old desert-aged whiskey from Whiskey Del Bac in Tucson to a 25-year-old Canadian whisky.
The final blend is bottled at 108 proof (54% ABV) and priced at $99 SRP per 750mL bottle. Fewer than 10,000 bottles will be available across Field of Dreams Whiskey’s 12 distribution states and online via Seelbach’s.
A Collaboration Across the Country
Participating distilleries include a wide range of regional producers such as Catoctin Creek (VA), Cedar Ridge (IA), J. Rieger & Co. (MO), Kings County (NY), Whiskey Acres (IL), Sagamore Spirit (MD), and Whiskey Del Bac (AZ), among many others. Two additional contributors from Illinois and Canada participated anonymously.
“This project is about celebrating the spirit of American whiskey and the diversity of craft distilling,” said cofounder Andy Keller. “Every distillery brought something uniquely regional to the table—grains, barrels, and character that tell the story of where they’re from.”
Baseball Heritage-Inspired Packaging and Design
All-Star Whiskey’s packaging leans heavily into its baseball heritage. The front label features illustrations of 30 baseball players, each representing a Major League market, while the back label lists all participating distilleries’ logos. The bottle is topped with a baseball bat–inspired wooden topper and a commemorative coin.
