Bitcoin Reserve Pays Tribute to Digital Scarcity

Gold Bar Whiskey has introduced a new limited-edition release: the Bitcoin Reserve, designed for collectors and digital asset enthusiasts. Only 21,000 bottles of this expression will be available, a nod to the 21 million cap on Bitcoin. The whiskey is a blend of American straight bourbon barrels aged 5 to 14 years, finished in red wine casks from California’s Sonoma and Napa Valley. Bottled at 93 proof (46.5% ABV), this release blends traditional craftsmanship with modern themes of digital finance.

Satoshi Reserve Celebrates Crypto Milestone

Commemorating the 15th anniversary of the first real-world use of cryptocurrency, Gold Bar Whiskey also unveiled the Satoshi Reserve. This ultra-limited edition includes just 999 individually numbered bottles of 14-year-old single barrel rye whiskey, with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Distilled at MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, the whiskey is finished in French oak wine casks that previously held premium red wines from Napa and Sonoma. Each bottle is cask strength, ranging from 115 to 123 proof (57.5% to 61.5% ABV).

Collector Coins and VIP Access Included

Each bottle of the Satoshi Reserve includes two collectible coins: one embedded in the packaging and another displayed in a velvet case. Buyers also gain membership to the Satoshi VIP Digital Gold Club, which grants early access to future releases, private events at the Gold Bar Distillery in San Francisco, and select concert ticket drops.
