Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond, is there much else to say? In their latest rebrand they took the traditional white label bottle that was six-years-old and aged it one year longer with a new bigger, bolder bottle.  This bourbon is perfect for any season and below I will tell you why!

Color: amber

Nose: oak, vanilla, brown sugar, with a small pop of fruit

Palate: milk chocolate, oak tannin, cinnamon and apple

Finish: Medium, with lingering chocolate

Closing Thoughts

When this opportunity to work with Heaven Hill popped up we couldn’t have been more excited!  While we miss the 6-year-old white label, this 7-year-old upscale bottle brings bold flavors that is perfect for any season.
