Heaven Hill Brands officially opened its new corporate office in Louisville with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by employees, city officials, and company leadership, including Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg. The 48,000-square-foot facility, located at 815 N. Whittington Parkway, brings together all of Heaven Hill’s Louisville-based teams under one roof for the first time in years.
“Thriving Together” Becomes Central to Brand Identity
The company also unveiled a refreshed corporate brand and tagline, “Thriving Together,” which it describes as a unifying message emphasizing collaboration, shared values, and long-term success. “Our new corporate office is a physical expression of our refreshed brand, modern, intentional, and people-first,” said Kate Latts, Co-President of Heaven Hill Brands. “It reflects not only how we work, but who we are: a company built on connection, creativity, and a belief that we thrive together.”

New Facility Designed for Collaboration and Innovation
The new office includes more than 150 dedicated workspaces, a two-story café, a New Product Development area, an employee art gallery wall, and flexible spaces for innovation and teamwork. A tasting bar named Max’s Place, in honor of Executive Chairman Max Shapira, was named by employees. The space also features local installations, including a mural by OSRS and a living moss wall by Anything Groes. Brand graphics installed by USA Image highlight the company’s values of authenticity, legacy, integrity, and innovation.
Recognition and Ongoing Investment
Heaven Hill has been named a U.S. Best Managed Company by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal for excellence in strategy, execution, culture, and financial performance. “We built this office to foster connection, collaboration, and growth,” said Co-President Allan Latts. “And it comes at a time when Heaven Hill is gaining momentum on every front, from new product innovation and distilling expansion, to how we invest in our people and communities.”
Continued Growth in Kentucky
Founded in Bardstown in 1935, Heaven Hill remains a family-owned business. The company’s spirits portfolio includes Elijah Craig Bourbon, Evan Williams Bourbon, Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, Lunazul Tequila, Ocho Tequila, and Deep Eddy Vodka. The new Louisville office complements investments across Kentucky, including the new Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown and ongoing operations at the historic Bernheim Distillery in West Louisville.
