SUPER WHEATER is a blend of Laws Four Grain Bourbon and 100% Centennial Wheat Whiskey aged between 5 and 12 years.
Laws Whiskey House, a Denver-based distillery known for its terroir-driven whiskeys, has announced the release of SUPER WHEATER, a new high-wheat expression. As part of the ORIGINS Series, this release honors Colorado’s unique terroir and the heritage of the distillery. SUPER WHEATER is a blend of Laws Four Grain Bourbon and 100% Centennial Wheat whiskey, aged between 5 and 12 years. Bottled at 121.6 proof, the whiskey intends to showcase the depth of locally grown heirloom wheat, offering a balance of bold flavor and elegance.
SUPER WHEATER presents with aromas of shortbread, almond, and orange marmalade. The taste features peanut brittle, glazed lemon cake, cinnamon, cardamom, and orange pekoe tea, transitioning from sweet to a dry, long finish with subtle notes of roasted coffee. The expression reflects Laws Whiskey House’s commitment to craftsmanship and terroir-driven flavors, combining traditional elements with modern sophistication.
This limited release, retailing for $129.99, is available at the Laws Whiskey Sanctuary and select stores. The Denver-based distillery also offers a special tasting flight featuring SUPER WHEATER, INTENTIONS, and CORNERSTONE, allowing whiskey enthusiasts to explore the range and legacy of the ORIGINS Series. The annual series, which started in 2020, continues to showcase the distillery’s dedication to high-quality, terroir-focused whiskey production.
