Nose: Very bright nose, with vanilla, honeysuckle, grapefruit and a touch of bitterness.
Palate: Strong grain flavor, sweet corn, honey, graham cracker, and some light notes of mocha round out the palate.
Finish: Chocolate Teddy Grahams on the finish
Closing Thoughts
I think HIRSCH did a really good job selecting this traditional, high corn bourbon. They identified an easy sipping single barrel which features satisfying tasting notes that will make you want more!
