The Charlotte distillery is passing along operational efficiencies from three years of growth directly to consumers, lowering everyday pricing across its full whiskey portfolio.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Oaklore Distilling Co. has announced a new long-term pricing model across its full portfolio of whiskey products, effective August 1, 2026. The move reflects the company’s growth over the past three years and its stated commitment to reinvesting in the whiskey community that helped build it.
As Oaklore has scaled production to meet rising demand, the distillery says it has unlocked meaningful operational efficiencies. Rather than keeping those gains internal, the company is passing them on through more accessible everyday pricing, while holding the line on the quality and craftsmanship the brand has built its reputation on.
The timing is deliberate. With the broader whiskey market and macroeconomic pressures top of mind for consumers, Oaklore sees an opening to lead on value — keeping its whiskies within reach even as demand for premium spirits remains strong but buyers grow more selective.
“This has always been about more than just making great whiskey,” said Co-Founder Matt Simpkins. “You can’t say you’re a part of the community unless you invest in it. This is one more way we’re doing exactly that. At a time when people are being more thoughtful about how they spend, we want to make sure Oaklore continues to deliver exceptional value while staying true to what got us here.”
The new pricing applies across all Oaklore whiskey expressions — at retail partners, through national online shipping at shop.oakloredistilling.com, and at its locations throughout Charlotte.
Part of a Bigger Growth Story
The pricing update follows a stretch of expansion for Oaklore, including the recent purchase of a 50,000-square-foot facility in Charlotte’s Lower South End district, which will serve as an expanded production and barrel warehousing hub for the brand’s next phase of growth. Oaklore is also in the middle of a statewide launch in South Carolina this year, extending its footprint further across the Southeast.
