Largest Co-Branded Whiskey Project to Date
Penelope Bourbon has partnered with FCancer, a nonprofit focused on prevention, early detection, and cancer support programs, to release two limited-edition whiskey blends. Together with retail partner SharedPour, the collaboration will generate more than $500,000 in donations to support FCancer’s mission.
Limited-Edition Whiskey Blends
This year’s project includes two expressions: the FCancer Blend, bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV) and priced at $79.99, and the FCancer Barrel Strength, bottled at 114.6 proof (57.3% ABV) and offered at $99.99 exclusively through SharedPour.com. The FCancer Blend will ship nationwide beginning in September, while the Barrel Strength edition will be released in October.
Notes from FCancer and Penelope Bourbon
“We have a great partner in the Penelope Bourbon team because they’re all about bringing people together and making an impact through connection and community,” said Julie Greenbaum, co-founder and CRO of FCancer. “We’re grateful for their generosity and look forward to putting their donation to work.”
Brian Aten, Tennessee State Manager for Penelope Bourbon, added:
“Cancer touches us all in some way and leaves a devastating mark on too many lives. This release not only honors the legacy and special memories of those we’ve lost, but also lifts up the many still fighting today.”
SharedPour’s Massive Contribution to Cause
Online retailer SharedPour, which has supported previous FCancer releases, pledged $250,000 toward this year’s donation goal. Jay West, known online as T8KE and founder of SharedPour, noted, “It has given us an opportunity to make a difference in a way I never dreamed would be possible when we first started.”
Tasting Notes and Bottle Features
The FCancer Blend offers aromas of black pepper, spice, caramel, vanilla, and citrus zest, with flavors of baking spice, sweet caramel, and roasted nuts. The FCancer Barrel Strength features aromas of sweet cream and brown sugar, alongside flavors of honey, toffee, and brûlée. Each bottle carries a QR code linking directly to a donation page supporting FCancer’s mission.
Launch Event in Austin
The partnership will be celebrated at a live fundraising event on October 29, 2025, at Parlor Room in Austin, Texas. Tickets are $60, with all proceeds benefiting FCancer. Country musician William Beckmann will headline the event, marking the first live fundraiser for the FCancer x Penelope Bourbon collaboration.
