The Rosen Rye used in this expression is sourced from the Kline Family Farm, located just miles from the Stoll & Wolfe distillery in Lititz, PA. The Kline family’s legacy dates back to 1741, adding a personal touch to this release. The rye itself was developed in the early 1900s but faded from use due to cross-contamination with other rye varieties. Stoll & Wolfe, alongside legendary distiller Dick Stoll, revived this unique grain in 2015, and the distillery continues to honor its legacy with this latest single barrel offering.
