West Fork Whiskey Co., the Central Indiana based distillery, announced today that they have entered a partnership with Ouabache Investments.
The additional capital was sought to allow West Fork Whiskey to expand its production and accelerate the distillery’s growth. The initial investment totals $3M with an additional $10M – 15M to be spent supporting the distillery’s production contracts and real estate development.
We are constantly looking for ways to grow our company. Throughout our history, we’ve had to limit our growth several times due to a lack of inventory. This partnership and investment will allow our company to dramatically expand our whiskey inventory, marketing, and sales, leading to significant expansion. We couldn’t have found a better, locally based, partnership to help us reach our goal of creating world-class whiskey and bourbons here in Central Indiana.

In September 2022, the company opened a nearly $11M tourism facility based in Westfield, Indiana, right next to Grand Park Sports Complex. The new funding will also allow West Fork to further develop its land on 191st Street in Westfield. Additional land development will give the company the ability to host outdoor concerts and improve its tourism experience. The distillery also has plans to break ground on a new rackhouse for whiskey storage. The new aging facility will give the distillery the ability to highlight how both barrels and the overall aging environment affect the flavor of its bourbon and whiskey.
