On March 10, 2025, Johnnie Walker, the world’s leading Scotch whisky brand, officially launched Johnnie Walker Vault. Combining the art of whisky blending with rare cask collections, bespoke experiences, and high-profile collaborations, Johnnie Walker Vault brings the artistry of whisky-making to a global audience. The platform is centered on Johnnie Walker’s Master Blender, Dr. Emma Walker, whose role is pivotal in curating the finest whiskies for this exclusive experience. Her work draws upon centuries-old blending traditions and her own unique ability to create personal stories from the rarest and most exceptional casks.
Johnnie Walker Vault is our treasure trove. It’s where I can curate and share our rarest and most exceptional Scotch whiskies, and from these create unique blends which sing to my guest and showcase the blending artistry at the heart of Johnnie Walker. The Johnnie Walker Vault is designed as an exclusive space where Dr. Walker can share her passion for blending through meticulously curated selections. At any given time, the Vault houses a collection of 500 rare whiskies, selected from the 10 million casks of Scotch available to Dr. Walker. These casks, which include aged and ghost casks, are rotated regularly, ensuring that every experience within the Vault offers a fresh selection of whisky that exemplifies the finest qualities of the brand. For Dr. Walker, the Vault represents not just a physical space but a platform through which she can express deeply personal stories, transforming these narratives into bespoke whisky blends.

Bespoke Private Blend Experience
A cornerstone of the Johnnie Walker Vault experience is the Private Blend program. Through this unique service, Dr. Walker will work one-on-one with a select group of guests to create tailor-made whisky blends, crafted from a curated selection of rare casks. The bespoke blends are designed to reflect the individual preferences and inspirations of the guests, offering a highly personalized and immersive experience. The Private Blend program begins at £50,000 and includes a full Scottish heritage experience, including Michelin-star dining, accommodations at the luxurious Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, and a whisky blending session with Dr. Walker herself. Once the bespoke blend is created, guests receive their unique whisky in a crystal decanter handcrafted by the renowned French luxury brand Baccarat. Each blend is also archived in the Johnnie Walker Vault, preserving its legacy for future generations of whisky connoisseurs.
Luxury Collaborations
In addition to offering bespoke blending experiences, the Johnnie Walker Vault will also be the hub for exclusive collaborations with other luxury brands and cultural icons. The first of these collaborations is slated for later in 2025, when Dr. Walker will partner with a visionary couture fashion designer to create a limited-edition collection. This collaboration will merge the worlds of whisky and high fashion, bringing together two prestigious crafts to produce a truly unique luxury offering. Further collaborations are expected to follow, expanding the Vault’s creative reach and reinforcing Johnnie Walker’s commitment to innovation and artistry in the luxury spirits sector.
