Knob Creek®, a flagship brand under The Small Batch Bourbon Collection™, has announced the evolution of its Single Barrel Select Program with the introduction of Knob Creek® Single Barrel Select Cask Strength. This new offering allows retailers to select exclusive barrels of uncut, unfiltered bourbon and rye, emphasizing individuality and community-specific character.
Cask Strength Bourbon and Rye Now Available
The new Single Barrel Select Cask Strength expressions are bottled straight from the barrel without water dilution. Proof levels for the bourbon range between 110 and 130, while the rye variants fall between 100 and 120. This release continues Knob Creek’s® tradition of bold, full-flavored whiskey, rooted in the legacy of its founder, Booker Noe.

Eighth Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe emphasized the continuation of his grandfather’s legacy through this release. “When my grandfather created Knob Creek®, he set out to make a whiskey that stood out—bold, robust, and no shortcuts,” said Freddie Noe. “With our Single Barrel Select Program, we pay tribute to that legacy by offering fans the chance to experience Knob Creek® in its most authentic form—uncut and unfiltered, creating the most unadulterated single barrel selection in Knob Creek’s® history.”
Exclusive Barrel Selection Experience Offered
Participants in the program will have the opportunity to visit the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. There, they can engage in a behind-the-scenes experience including whiskey thieving, comparative tastings, and barrel selection inside historic warehouse K. A curated meal at The Kitchen Table concludes the visit. For those unable to travel, remote selection kits will be made available.
Nationwide Availability and Retail Pricing
Knob Creek® Single Barrel Select Cask Strength will be available through participating retailers across the United States. The suggested retail price is $69.99 for a 750mL bottle. Additionally, enthusiasts can join the James B. Beam Distilling Co.’s Private Barrel Club to handpick their own selections onsite.
