Booker’s Bourbon Batch 2022-03 is here! The “Kentucky Tea Batch” is the third release of the year following “Ronnie’s Batch” and “The Lumberyard”. It has been a banner year for the Booker’s releases this year so let’s get into the review.
Just the Facts:
Proof: 126.5

Jake’s Tasting Notes: Booker’s Kentucky Tea Batch
Color: Honey
Nose: The nose lives up to its name. It reminds me of fresh brewed tea poured over ice and waiting to be sweetened. A hint of lemon and honey note fades to the heavier herbal notes.
Palate: I just drank liquid peanut butter. It is rich and creamy with lingering notes of sweet tea, lemon and honey.
Finish: Bright and Lemony.
Closing Thoughts
It was hard to live up to Lumberyard Batch as I thought it was an absolute homerun! This pour is perfect for a cold winter evening! This year’s batches of Booker’s have absolutely knocked it out of the park.
