Preservation Distillery recently unveiled two limited editions of Very Olde St. Nick whiskeys. The 16 years old “Notorious O.S.N.” and the 9 years old “Straight Outta Bardstown”, both embody the distillery’s tradition of complex flavours. As a part of a vintage collection, these batches express the distillery’s dedication to whiskey-making, with production continuing in small amounts at the Kentucky distillery and distribution focused on North American markets.

Each offering distinct nose, palate, and finish. Ranked highest to lowest were Remus Gatsby Reserve, Russell’s Reserve Single Rickhouse CNF, Immaculta, and Old Fitzgerald 10 Year Old Bottle In Bond.
