Jim Beam Celebrates Miami Race Weekend with Formula 1 Event and New Cocktail.

Jim Beam hosted a fan-focused event in Miami ahead of the Miami Grand Prix, featuring Cadillac Formula 1 Team driver Sergio Pérez.

Held at Moxy Miami South Beach, the event gave fans an opportunity to interact with Pérez ahead of Cadillac Formula 1 Team’s first race on U.S. soil.

Jim Beam Debuts the “Jalisco Highball” Cocktail

During the event, Jim Beam officially introduced the “Jim Beam Jalisco Highball,” a cocktail named after Pérez’s home state of Jalisco, Mexico.

The experience included food and beverage pairings inspired by Kentucky barbecue and Mexican barbacoa traditions, reflecting both Jim Beam’s Kentucky roots and Pérez’s heritage.

Sergio Pérez Comments on the Collaboration

“It’s great meeting fans tonight – especially in Miami – and I’m excited to be here with Jim Beam, which is bringing together people to celebrate the race. Valtteri Bottas has his Golden Mullet, named by me, and I am excited about my own Jim Beam cocktail – the Jalisco Highball, in honor of my home state.”

Jim Beam stated that the event reflected the brand’s “Best Enjoyed Together” messaging centered around bourbon, food, and shared experiences.
